She has successfully trained over 22,000 sales people and serves as a consultant for many Fortune 500 companies as well as several small to medium size businesses in a wide variety of industries.

Gwen has a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from Augustana College, Sioux Falls, SD. She also achieved a highly credentialed training certificate in Human Resource Development and Training from the University of California at Berkeley.
