Martha has facilitated a broad range of management subjects, including Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence, Negotiation, Sales and Client Management, Innovation and Creativity, Industrial Safety, and Organizational Learning and Development. She has worked with multinational corporations such as Intel, Cisco, Apple, Sanofi, Nielsen, Colgate, and Hewlett Packard as well as fast-growing businesses like VMWare, Carahsoft, Royal & Sun Alliance and Natixis. She led a high-profile Human Performance Improvement initiative at Los Alamos National Laboratory and designed an award-winning large-scale manager-development program for Chinese state-run banks.
Martha earned an MBA from Southern Methodist University and is currently a Doctoral candidate in Human and Organizational Learning at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
