One day, as I was working in my office, a client contacted me to tell me about a cool practice their salespeople had gotten into. They posted these little pictures of me in their cubicles with “What Would Josiane Do?”written on them. They encouraged their salespeople to recall our training sessions when faced with a situation that challenged them.
Well, that got me thinking…and that thinking turned into some filming!
